I simply got tired of hiring cleaners like Stanley Steamer, only to see their rates go up and their service go down, so I tried Ron and CSC and he did a great job! So impressed with the different procedures he did to insure great results instead of just steam cleaning a carpet and leaving in 20 mins.Do yourself a favor and try CSC, like me you'll be glad you did!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer Free estimates in our service area. Our standard pricing for deep steam cleaning is $40 per area. Oversized areas are extra. We have a $60 minimum charge. Extreme pet treatments and scotch guarding cost extra. Our pricing and web specials are available on our website. We also offer commercial cleaning.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we will determine an appointment time convenient to our customer, and then we will pre-inspect the areas with our customer upon arrival. We will explain how we will clean the areas and identify any areas of special concern. We will then vacuum and pre-treat any necessary stains, followed by pre-spraying the areas. Once pre-sprayed, we will agitate areas, and follow with a steam extraction of the areas. Steam cleaning usually takes four to twenty-four hours to completely dry. Times vary based on factors like humidity, temperature, and air flow.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
We started cleaning carpets after having our carpet cleaned by a national carpet cleaning chain. After they rushed through the process, not paying attention to details and not doing a very good job, they wanted to charge us more than the agreed upon price. We knew there had to be a more honest, better way to clean carpets.
