Carl, immediately responded to my request on the web. I phoned him and he quickly answered his phone. We visited for a few minutes and he made arrangements to come to my home and offer an estimate. We agreed on his price and also agreed to have a couple of new parts. Carl was willing to come back on the following day to complete the job as I had to leave on the first day and he also had to pick up the parts. He arrived on time and completed the repairs in a timely manner the next day as scheduled. I was satisfied and plan to use him again in the near future for another job.

Excellent experience with Carl. He adapted to my schedule coming at 530pm, and didn't try to sell me on any big fixes. I didn't think any HVAC technician would walk through my door for less than $100. Carl was on time, efficient, and I walked away paying $35 for half an hour. I could also pay via credit card, which was a plus.

Carl helped us with our furnace on a chilly Saturday morning. He came over very quickly and took care of the problem right away. He was friendly, professional, and his price was very appropriate. He even warned me on the phone call that he would be leaving a project that was rather dirty and asked if that was ok. He took his muddy boots off outside before he rang the doorbell. Very considerate. Hire him if you need help with your furnace.

Replaced both kitchen sink shutoff valves and installed new faucet. Very reasonably priced and did an excellent job from start to finish. Offered to even place a silicon seal around the plate but I told him I had already planned to do that myself. Very respectable and trustworthy. I would definitely consider hiring him for future plumbing or A/C type work.

I am priced average to every contractor but I usually can diagnose the problem in less than half the time a can fix the problem in half the time that’s where the 35 years experience comes in and I have a low price guarantee on all installations

I always want to look at the job so that I can give an accurate estimate I want to make sure every job is done correctly I never want a call back on any job as one of the highest rated contractors in this area Customer service is my top priority
