On the coldest day of the year our furnace went out. Called Kyle and he came all the way out to Goddard in the snow storm to diagnose our issue. He identified a bigger safety issue with our furnace that had been going on for a while without us knowing. In just a couple of days, Kyle and Justin were able to get a new furnace installed and back up and running safely.
