He was the first to answer my post, and offered a fair price. My problem was resolved in a timely manner and when I got it back they offered some specific advice about to avoid further problems. This was without trying to sell me something.I was very satisfied and will definitely use Monkey Bytes again when I need computer repair.

Took my computer in to have it helped being built up as there were a few things that I had questions on structurally after I had tried placing / installing the hardware, they did an outstanding job fixing / re-routing the wires and getting everything into place and getting everything up and running. I would recommend this company for any computer repair / installation / build up you need done.

Saved over $150 having two computers serviced. Received handouts and when to run spyware to help computer illiterate person like me!! Living sound wanted $188 for ONE computer!! Try Monkey Bytea first! Very customer friendly.

They were very friendly and extremely helpful. Price for my computer repair was reasonable and the repair timely. Customer service was great. I will go back although not to soon I hope.

Nothings worse than being open and honest with a repair man and then being treated like an idiot for even asking... I assure you this is NOT the case with Monkey Bytes. While I knew some of my questions were a bit "silly" they answered all my questions and concerns throughly. Completed the project in amazing time & even gave me some extra tidbits to keep my computer running smoothly! I will definitely be recommending them.
