- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am a moderate priced general contractor. I am very reasonable for the quality control standards we adhere to. We are certainly not the cheapest, but for the quality and warranty we offer, we are very reasonable
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon meeting my new customers, I always make sure to tell them who we are and explain our process. I also show them pictures of past projects and show them my licensing and insurance information. Then, I make sure to understand my customer's goal as to what best fits their needs and wants
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have done construction and remodeling for over 20 years. I started out in RI, but moved to KS over 10 years ago and began building Midwest Remodeling upon my arrival here. I have my KS Class C General Contractor's License and have had hands on training in every aspect of construction for 20 + years
