Was never on time, very sloppy, did not even come close to delivering on time frame to complete work, will have to have carpets cleaned because of carelessness. Had repeated trouble getting calls, texts returned. Then number was disconnected, job was never finished, after no return call for 3 days, I moved on. He was paid for over 1/2 the job and job was barely 1/4 of the way done. Very bad experience

I agree this was a bad experience, we were only allowed to work on Saturday and Sundays. The job turned from a simple tile replacement to a complete tear out and mold remediation. We never was able to work a complete weekend due to client having other things to do .after 4 weekends I had a family thing come up and homeowner told us not to return when we had only minor work to finish. Homeowner wouldn't pay for the mold remediation that set us back 4 days . We are owed 2000 on this job and this is a prime example of a deadbeat homeowner trying to not pay for work that had to be done to complete the job correctly

Scheduled some projects with the first one being scheduled for this morning and they were a no show and no call. Now he won’t respond to messages. Very disappointed! Seems like you can’t find anyone who wants to work these days. Very frustrating.

Once I get a lead I contact the client and discuss the scope of work to be done and schedule a time . nothing fancy just basic communication
