Scott responded in a very timely manner and was very honest about our needs. While we opted not to change our current termite service, we contacted him, later, about spiders, and other bugs. We will definitely use his services again.

Scott provided services to exterminate ants at a rental property. He was prompt and explained everything before starting. He is very knowledgeable and did a great job. I will use him again for my rental properties and my home. His prices are incredibly reasonable as well!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am far less expensive than all the big names! I will save you a bunch of money, and give you better customer service!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to inspect the property first, then provide the customer with solutions that best fit their specific needs. If the customer wants to hire me, we fill out an agreement to provide those services. Any service frequency, great guarantees, cancel any time with a 30 day notice.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the pest control Industry for over 11 years. I have been a licensed applicator in the state of Kansas for all 11 years.
