Scott was excellent. I signed up for rodent trapping - signs of droppings in the detahed garage - and preventive house perimeter and indoor (basement) protection for bugs etc. ALso signed up for quarterly checks. Scott came three times to the house, one to set traps and defumigate, and twice to check on the traps. For $120 he did all that, AND he personally cleaned the droppings out of my garage - it's a hazmat enterprise as you need to wear gloves and mask: rat droppings can spread deseases as fecal dust goes airborne. THAT was above and beyond. No more Mickey Mouse in the garage btw. All GONE>

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am far less expensive than all the big names! I will save you a bunch of money, and give you better customer service!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to inspect the property first, then provide the customer with solutions that best fit their specific needs. If the customer wants to hire me, we fill out an agreement to provide those services. Any service frequency, great guarantees, cancel any time with a 30 day notice.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the pest control Industry for over 11 years. I have been a licensed applicator in the state of Kansas for all 11 years.
