This guy begins with the spiel of his Sacred Oath of respecting his customers house as being a priority. In the end he charged me $350 for repairing by bathtub faucet that he ultimately did not fix and kept me and my 14 yo daughter out of water for much of a week. I paid a plumber $205 to completely redo all of his work and leaks afterwards that would have eventually led to a mold remediation project. He also told me that he could do a simple wiring job at my business that ended in him breaking a $100 light fixture that he promised he would replace when he returned to complete the job, but he has not taken my calls going on 2 weeks. After he did much more damage than good at both projects, he told me what he really likes to do is fencing and windows. He should stick to that because he is a butcher when it comes to work inside your home or office. I feel it is my responsibility to let others know about the types and quality of work that Corrie Smith does, even though this is not something that I normally have or take the time to do.

Hired to do a fence project and had nothing but issues. Some posts crooked up to 3 inches from level and no posts were buried to proper depth with some being off up to 6 inches. His posts were so crooked I could not hang working gates without replacing the posts. Claims to have 7 years experience but made very amateur mistakes and then refused to fix them unless I paid him more money. He was ultimately fired and I would not recommend his services to anyone.
