Accurate Builders and Accurate Electric

I primarily do electrical work but am also a licensed and capable general contractor. I have over 30 years' experience in all phases and sizes of construction, from very small to fifteen or twenty million dollars. Typically, I subcontract most of the work other than electrical, and I know several qualified, honest, and reasonably priced individuals in most all crafts. I am semiretired and not out to get rich but rather make a little money and help people get the job done in this tough economy. Typically, the customer buys the materials, and I charge $45 per hour for electrical work, but hard bids are also available. References are available upon request.
