TJ did great! I let him know something was leaking & he figured out the issue right away! He let me know different options on where i could purchase the car part, & it was fixed in less than a week. Very fast & efficient great guy!

Hired Dr Ross to move a 20’ roll up awning from my back yard to the face of my stand-alone garage, about 50’ distance. During the process of reinstalling the awning, the apparatus’ left swing/extension arm was irreparably broken and the awning is no longer usable.
Despite Dr. Ross’ efforts to correct the issue, he was unable to repair it.
I appreciate the man’s work ethic and his attempts to fix what was broken. He even offered not to charge me but the awning was moved so we agreed on a 75% payment of the original quote.
While I understand accidents happen, this mishap will require substantial efforts and costs to correct.
I will still use Thimbtack in the future.

He did a great job. Answered quickly, was actually a little early, which worked great. Only took an hour for him to complete the job. He cleaned everything up as well. He is very nice and professional. I recommend him highly!
