After spending 10 years as the Design Consultant for Renewal By Andersen I realized that as much as I loved the process and Andersen products I found my solutions were out of budget for most home owners.
Knowing there were thousands of homeowners still wanting to solve their problems in the area with similar materials at a lower price point I decided it was time to branch out and serve my community.

Similar if not same quality as renewal by Anderson. As had that company come and price the same door for placement elegant exteriors was a quarter of the price. Very prompt and professional really appreciate doing business with this company.

I absolutely irrevocably love Elegant Exteriors. Today they finished installing 8 windows in my home.Every detail on this project was completed perfectly. Mr Chris approached me while I was trying to apply string to my weed eater in his approach I recognized and he asked was it any soliciting I let him know no not at all we actually just moved over here and we're renters and so he gracefully said hey thank you for your time I then proceeded to ask for his help because I had been struggling for some time it was hot outside Mr Chris did not have to he stopped and took the time to assist me and putting string in my weed eater if this is what he'll do for the resident of their home without it being attached to his a business you can only imagine the links will go to make sure that you get exactly what you want and with his stamp of approval thank you Mr Chris once again for taking the time to help a little old lady young lady string her weed eater

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Honest pricing no high pressure sales tactics.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process starts out with a conversation about what problems the homeowner is having. Identify the pain points and explain how we can solve the problems. Inspect the openings for damage and proper design.
Go over the materials and installation application to best design the project to the homeowners needs and budget. Present the costs in a straightforward way. Complete paperwork and financing documents if financing.
The products are ordered the installation team is alerted to the job coming up. On the day of install we come out install all the products and clean up after ourselves. The owner is hands on and will be at the jobs ensuring everything is going the way it’s supposed to. When we’re done we clean up and haul away all the trash.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was with the top window replacement company in Wichita for 10 years as their design consultant. Class C contractor license to ensure everything we do is up to code.
