- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing includes the completion of your job by highly skilled craftsman who are background checked, bonded and insured, and choose to work here because they want to be of service to you! Our labor is war anteed for a full year! We have a one-hour minimum on our labor. If your project takes less than one hour, we are happy to do other work for you around the house to reach the hour (we can even change light bulbs, dust high shelves, and do other small jobs). Our customers often realize they have so many small projects that need to be done, that our half-day package is the best way to work it all in. We are happy to visit your home first and give you a price quote and list of materials the job will require. When you have us come back and complete the job, our $45 price quote fee is subtracted from the cost of the job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Making you happy and making a new friend is job one for us! We are at your service. When you contact us about a project, we want to hear all about what is going on and how we can help. We can often give you a feel for how long your job may take right then, over the phone. Our next step is having one of our friendly craftsmen visit your home or office and look at your project. They will give you a detailed list of what needs to be done and what materials will be required. At that point, we can go ahead and set your work appointment right then.

Each of our craftsmen is skilled in multiple trades and has years of training in all areas related to home repair and improvement!
