- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most quotes will include the labor to perform the job and materials will be extra unless otherwise noted. Pick up and delivery of already purchased materials can be arranged for only a $30 charge. Unless quoted per task/job, when performing multiple tasks/jobs in one visit, the hourly rate quoted will cover the entire visit. Location outside a 10-mile radius of the 67211 zip code will have a mileage cost of $0.50/mile.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with new customers, it's nice to have pictures if possible of the area that needs work. I then like to talk with the customer on the phone to answer any questions and discuss the details of the job and potential labor and materials needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have renovated several houses, many down to bare studs, and completely finished them over the past 15 years. I have worked & trained with general contractors and flooring installers.
