Robinson services did a great job I’m so relieved. It was impressive how he was able to do both projects so well. Definitely did good for Thumbtrack for sure. I say that bc one of the other guys from another company on here did a no call, no show. Not Robinson I got extremely lucky with a last minute same day appointment here. So they did treat me very fairly. After saying they could do the work and then having an issue with a cleaner that had her car break down. They did accomidate me. The guy kept in contact with me and even made sure to send a video of his work. 1 issue I had was that the tenant that rented the unit said that it was still not as clean as he would have liked. I agreed that it could have been cleaner, but the problem areas I mentioned were not on the tenants' radar, so that could have been on me. I asked the cleaner to do a deep clean on less than 600 sqft unit, and he worked hard. He deserves a good review. Did a great job on the refrigerator and the oven. 👍
