Stratton was absolutely exceptional to work with. I posted my job request at 7:30 p.m. on a Saturday, and he was at my house within an hour, fully prepared with the right materials, and had everything completed by 10 p.m. He was incredibly responsive, punctual, and knowledgeable, and the quality of his work was excellent. I typically price my costs to be less competitive strictly because im a new company and Id like to gain clientele.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You message me giving me a detailed description of the whats needing done. After ive researched and decide that I will be able to help, i have you sign my estimate sheet, then recieve payment for material upfront. After completion of work i due the remaining balance unless otherwise agreed on previously in writting.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
1 year with construction management, 1 year business, 5 years with wichita electrical joint apprenticeship training classes.
