- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every job is different because of the size of the home, the amount work being done, and how frequent you request my services. Monthly cleaning and deep cleanings generally cost more than bi weekly and weekly scheduled cleanings. Consultations are always FREE.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to meet at the potential clients home. We will do a walk through and I will take notes on everything we discuss. From there I will have enough information to give an accurate price.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have previously worked for a local cleaning company. I received my training through them but I continue to educate myself by researching products and techniques.
