Gabriela and her partner did a fantastic job! We had a house going on the market to sell and needed someone to clean it up and she was able to do it on short notice and did so good! The price was very fair and it looked and smelled great!

Gabriela does excellent work. She goes above and beyond. I was in the hospital for 2months. She went to my house cleaned it and moved things to make it easier for me to get around once I got home in my wheelchair. She is just awesome.

She stole stuff from my house. Three groceries and my kids clothing away. Even the dogs food bowls were thrown away. We went thru half the bags she thru out and filled on 1 bag of trash. The rest was medicine, clothes, dishes, can goods, and other food items. She also did not clean the kitchen or bathroom all the way. She stole 4 bottles of Lysol that was in my bathroom after I had asked 2 times before if I would need to supply anything and she told me no. She also did not do anything to the living room like she said she would. Honestly if I would of see or knew any of this I would not of paid her. I deserve my money back. The only reason I hired her was because I have recently gotten very sick and I am unable to do alot of things. I feel like she took advantage of that. Very very disappointed.

I am deeply sorry that you have chosen to express yourself in this manner. We did not steal anything; the cleaning service was carried out exactly as we had agreed. What you are attempting to do is defraud us—by demanding a refund *after* the cleaning has already been completed—in order to obtain the service for free. We asked you if you wished to inspect the area, and you replied that you did not, stating that everything was fine just as it was. I believe that it is *you* who is taking advantage of the situation. I know that we are all going through difficult times, but I feel that you are acting in an abusive manner; nothing we did to complete this job was easy. We are hardworking, honest people, and we have never had issues with any client before. What a disappointment that you would want to tarnish our reputation in this way!
