I was looking for a move out service with serious time constraints. This cleaner undercut everyone's prices so we agreed to let her do the job, and told other services they were no longer needed. Then she canceled at the last minute! When I asked if she could do another, sooner date, she never responded. This left us scrambling to get the cleaning done and cost us more than it would have if we avoided her. Be careful with false promises!
