It was an overall wonderful experience from beginning to end. She arrived with a smile on her face and was very professional and very personable. Her attention to detail is second to none. She did a great job cleaning my very dirty house. I had to do 4 stars because I asked for windows and was up charged for window cleaning in my estimate/charge from her and they were not done. Other then that she did good.
