The room was cleaned throughly, timely and very perfectly. Thank you so much. And that room was a terrible twin teenagers mess!! I was so thrilled i asked them to come back tomorrow to help with things i didn't plan on getting help for. But i want the whole house to look this nice!

Absolutely incredible. I had a veritable mess on my hands, so much so that every maid service I contacted would only do certain aspects of what I needed. I needed a major reorganizing of my space, as well as a deep clean. I'm currently dealing with issues that make maintaining my place extremely difficult and stressful, so you can imagine my relief when I contacted Trevah and was immediately told it would be no problem to help me. And boy did she ever. She went to work instantly. Cleaned and organized everything, made tons of extra space I didn't know I could have. She even folded and put away the clean laundry I had laying around, and then gathered and washed my dirty clothes. She was extremely professional and exceeded every expectation I could have had. Even my dog loved her. All this for cheaper than it would have cost for any of the big maid services to do half as much work. If you're looking for someone to clean and/or organize your home, do yourself a favor and give her a call. You will be absolutely glad you did.

Trevah is the greatest. She can take any disorganized room and turn it into a Wow. She’s helped me with my kitchen, transformed my granddaughters bedroom and closet and my craft room. In addition to organizing she also cleans. Trevah is responsible, professional and reasonable. You won’t be disappointed.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I will always be trustworthy, honest and fair in pricing. I will always do my very best for you. If you hire me for an organizing job, be prepared for it may take more than one day, depending on the size of the project. Organizing projects bill at an hourly rate of 18$ per hour vs. billing per job type like we do with the home cleaning. We always strive to please our customers and go above and beyond whenever we can to provide the best services at competitive prices. We really strive to make sure we provide the best customer care for whatever project is at hand and are always looking forward to building a lifelong partnership of loyalty in the future.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typical process would be to show up on time and meet with our customer and build a great repore with them so they feel comfortable and know they can trust us. We understand it can feel a bit uncomfortable when strangers come to your home for whatever reason. So building that repore is important. Then we assess the project in serious detail, after we are all in compliance, if needed we pick up extra materials or items to do the requested job and we get to work !
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have always had a passion for cleaning and organizing. As I was growing up, I would always do these things , maybe it was the Instant gratification I felt after I was finished but I have always had great organization skills and love to clean, it's my way of bringing peace and calm to my clients life.
