The job was incomplete. Bread crumbs remained on the countertops, baseboards remained uncleaned, glass ware was not dusted, oven top untouched, and no trace any cleaner was used beyond soap and water, etc. This house is kept and orderly and was a great canvas to get in and just clean. I had requested general to deep cleaning. NO Deep cleaning was done. She did obviously mop the floor, attempt to clean wood blinds, and the bathroom but minimal effort was made for staying for 3.5 hours. Very frustrated. She is polite and was on time. I'm hoping this was just one bad experience. In the end, this was a gift for my friend who had surgery. Her home was not clean & I lost $80 bucks....I called and she offered to come back to finish the job for more money. I declined.

Kristina really helped us out. We had fallen behind at the beginning of the school year, and found out the in laws were coming for a visit with only a few days' notice. She was willing to rearrange her schedule to meet our needs, showed up on time, worked hard and did an absolutely fantastic job. VERY professional, and friendly. Worth every penny.
