- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, I have a standard pricing system used to respond to requests. It uses the basic information provided on Thumbtack. But there is so many factors that play in to pricing, including a clients budget. I'm flexible and I like to be accommodating, which is why I always encourage people to reach out to me by phone or have a home visit to discuss their needs and try to work something out. Since I own my business and it's only me, I have the freedom to do that.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After submitting the quote, once contacted, I like to arrange the free home visit. At the home visit, the client has the opportunity to see me, meet me and get an impression of who I am. I also get a feel for the client, their needs and expectations. As well as getting to see their home, which is the best way for me to get an idea of how much time is needed for heir home. Then a price would be discussed based on all factors. If a client chooses me at that point, all the details are worked out; when, how to enter, payment, allergies, etc.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm the daughter of a meticulous mother, she cleaned to relax and she taught me well.
