I have experience working in radio broadcasting, journalism, and the field of addictions. Getting to know people quickly is my specialty. I'm a great listener and communicator!
I do work in the field of addictions, so I am knowledgeable when it comes to clients challenged by addiction and codependency in their lives. I am NOT a counselor, I will not work in a therapeutic manner with you about past issues.
What I will do is help you in your present to create a better future! I'm an optimistic, enthusiastic, cheerleader-type of coach. I can also be tough when need be. I enjoy asking questions that will make you think.
I enjoy coaching my clients and love to call on Reiki when needed. Working with people is what I love. Getting to take someone to the next level of their life is wonderful! I love to watch my clients grow, challenge themselves, find balance, and achieve their goals!
