Issues I Work with in Coaching/Therapy: -Emotional Eating -Binge Eating -Restricting or obsessing over calories -Eating in a way that limits your life -Bulimia -Yo-yo dieting or lack of consistency -Body Image issues and concerns -Co-addictions with substances, sex, and relationships Connecting and learning about people's stories. I've learned that every one's experiences are unique and being able to learn and watch someone achieve their goals and transform their relationship with food is incredibly rewarding.

Jenny is an excellent motivator. During our workouts, she's very supportive, and provides valuable feedback on form. Jenny provides good tips throughout the movement, and even before as she demonstrates a new exercise. She's trained me for several months in different settings (gyms, beaches, exercise rooms with little to no equipment), and I've been very happy with her approach and my progress.

Jenny is a great listener. She does a great job empathizing and really works at understanding the people she works with. She has been an invaluable resource to me with her extensive knowledge and background in health, fitness, and psychology. Jenny has motivated me and has provided me with great tips and advice on fitness and nutrition as I work on becoming healthier and stronger.

Jenny has the best experience possible: personal experience and her own journey with disordered eating. She struggled and learned to successfully recover and taught us all a lot about love in the process. I am proud of her success and proud to see her helping others. Personal experience, degree in psychology (with additional master's degree program), intense nutritional study, personal fitness experiences, and a generous, kind heart make her the best coach a person could want. But don't worry, she can assertively teach and motivate you; she's no pushover. Choosing her is choosing to be a healthier you. Don't hesitate; she is worth your time and money.
