New Leaf helped us with our move by packing up our kitchen, which wasn't a small undertaking. Cooper was extremely helpful and easy to work with and was very flexible in working to coincide with our move date. I felt that his service was well worth the cost. Having a person in your home for two days can seem daunting, but Cooper was always on time, quiet, and accommodating. I would recommend New Leaf with no reservations!

New Leaf has coordinated two moves for me. The first was in October 2024 when they moved me, within Kansas City, MO, from my north Plaza condo to an east Plaza assisted living facility. New Leaf was responsible for packing, the actual move, and assistance with unpacking.The second move was in April 2025 It involved a complicated process in which I moved to Fayetteville, Arkansas-- initially to a studio apartment to wait for a larger apartment to become available. In addition to packing and the initial unpacking for the studio apartment, New Leaf identified and managed arrangements with appropriate long-distance movers,For both moves I interacted primarily with Cooper Rowe. The brochure presentation of the concept "Move Management Solutions" is impressive. It was given to me by the manager of the destination facility at my request for suggestions about movers for the first move. The proposed plans for both moves developed by New Leaf covered all the bases-- practicality, competence, efficiency, and feasibility. Staff at all the facilities complimented the New Leaf personnel. I was confident and comfortable throughout both moves, and Cooper made excellent decisions about what to unpack and where to put it in the studio apartment.
