- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our mission starts with Intel gathering. Recon: We schedule a free inspection to assess your property's condition. Report: I personally provide a full intelligence report, including a narrated video walkthrough of your roof, showing you exactly what I found (good or bad). Plan: We present a tactical plan of action—whether it's a simple repair, a maintenance plan, or a full replacement. Execution: Once you authorize the mission, we deploy our team to execute the work to our "apocalypse-proof" standards.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an ICC Certified General Roofing Contractor, which means I have passed the rigorous International Code Council national exam on building codes and roofing standards. I have been in the roofing industry since 2011, gaining hands-on experience in every aspect of the trade, from installation to complex project management. I continuously update my training on the latest materials and fortification techniques to ensure we are always leading the field.
