- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The minimum fee for a service rendered is $300.00. Estimates are free. I can give a price per square on shingle roofs only if I know how many layers the roof has, how steep, any leaks, what kind of decking. That is why it is much simpler and cost effective to have us come out to look at your house & give you a custom quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My priority is to meet and understand your needs by putting myself in your place as a homeowner or business owner. Transparency and honesty are first priority for me. I give free estimates with no obligations attached. I appreciate the opportunity to help you solve or cure problems & give you a service done RIGHT!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Thirty one years of experience at my father's former company Roof Mechanics Inc. that we sold. Now being out on my own I love the freedom and less overhead so I can pass the value on too you my customers. I have been to the University of Wisconsin for an exhaustive course From the College of Engineering University of Wisconsin-,Madison.~ Roof dynamics and the science of water travel.
