- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The first cleaning on a recurring cleaning is usually about 10% higher. then all following appointments are at the lower rate. We figure our base estimates by the number of and types of rooms, # of people in the home, animals etc.. Then we account for any extra work required for jobs like windows, oven or refrigerator cleaning. As we usually bill separately for the appliance cleaning on a case by case figure.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I'll work with your needs. We try and come up with something that will work for all of us.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got started when my kids was young. This helped me so I could be with them more.
