Had a broken port on my computer which other repair shops could not fix/remove. William was able to "remove it" aka make it work somehow the same day. It was a bit more complicated then anticipated but even so, was willing to honor the original price agreed upon. Got the job done, very reasonable pricing, fun personality, and honest. Would definitely recommend.

William, of Drive Cycle, got my internet back up and running in about an hour, after doing a lot of investigating and re-configuring. He blamed a lot of the problem on my Norton software and not on my computer, modem or router. Hope everything continues to function as it should on my 12-year-old Dell! Thanks William and be careful when you ride that "Harley!"

Will was fantastic, I don’t often leave reviews however I was very impressed from the moment I made a request, he immediately reached out to me. He was very professional and specific to my needs. There’s 3 ways to get things done; Cheap, fast and right, usually you can only get 1-2 of these from anyone. However compared to others they are able to get it done very quickly, it was affordable AND most importantly it was done right. I’d give more stars if I could.
