- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a very competitive pricing and we can give most quotes over the phone unless it is a residential property that has storm windows or a large commercial property that we need to see in person.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We treat every new customer like family, and when a job is scheduled, you will get an email with the technicians that will be coming to your home or property. After that, we put every customer on a maintenance plan so everything can stay up to standards.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Every single person on our staff has been through all safety training, regulated by OSHA, certified by the IWCA and the PWNA.
