I tried (and failed) to DIY a shower cartridge replacement. I finally gave up and called Ren Plumbing. Ron came out the very next morning and had my shower fixed in no time. He was professional and even took the time to explain exactly where I went wrong with the install. It's rare to find that kind of service. I will definitely call them again for any plumbing needs!
