- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, for hourly jobs, I charge $25 per student, for a 2-3 hour class. Minimum of 2 people.. For catered events, cost is price per person, depending on type of function.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Questions: what is the budget for the event, how many are you feeding, what type of function,allergies? I talk with the customer to evaluate what the best ideas would be for that particular event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Culinary Arts degree and over 25 years in the food industry.
