I have had the opportunity to work alongside Chef Stacey as well as the opportunity to work under her and I found that she is a great leader. Chef Stacey has the knowledge and the ability to lead an establishment with a demanding kitchen environment, large dining room and wait staff. I worked as her lead server and had the pleasure of hearing the wonderful feedback that came from the guests. Chef Stacey's talents show from the the office all the way to the dining room. She is a joy to work with on a personal level, and on a professional level an employee can feel confident that they are working under a reliable and dependable leader that will get the job done in a professional manner.

Chef Stacey is a Top Chef, in my book. Not only is she creative and able to think on her feet when it comes to menu preparations and ideas, but she cooks from the heart always mindful of her guests. You haven't had a great meal until Chef Stacey has fixed one for you. We love the southern foods and she can master those foods. She can whip up any meal at any given moment. The flavored are amazing. She can cook for us at anytime

Chef Stacey was Chef at a country club with myself and a amazing staff, where she helped mentor and mold not only myself but anyone who wanted to learn and was willing to put in the hard work that goes along with being in a kitchen. I feel like my time with her, I learned a lot about things I didn't know myself being in the business as a cook for many many years. She is a rock star in the kitchen and a delight to be around, I cant say I ever saw her get mad, never rude to anyone, and always got the job done. She is a beautiful soul and I'm glad I had that experience with her!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, for hourly jobs, I charge $25 per student, for a 2-3 hour class. Minimum of 2 people.. For catered events, cost is price per person, depending on type of function.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Questions: what is the budget for the event, how many are you feeding, what type of function,allergies? I talk with the customer to evaluate what the best ideas would be for that particular event.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Culinary Arts degree and over 25 years in the food industry.
