The Hardwood Co., established in 2004, is owned and operated by Tom and Jessica Dolan. Both Tom and Jessica are WKU alumni and reside in Bowling Green, KY with their three children. With Tom’s passion for woodworking and Jessica’s interior design background, they love seeing their client’s houses transform into homes.

The Hardwood Co. is top-notch! I was searching online for a local company that had great reviews and reputation with reasonable prices and I am so happy that I found Tom and Jessica’s company! We had our old oak hardwood floors sanded down and refinished and they look SO much better than before! We had to patch a couple of areas where we removed a wall in the living room and after they were sanded and re-stained, I can’t even tell what was old floor and what’s new! You can tell that the crew took their time and did it right! And Jessica was so great about texting me and keeping us up-to-date on their progress throughout. I would definitely recommend The Hardwood Co. for any type of hardwood refinishing job – we couldn’t be happier with the results!

Highly recommend The Hardwood Co. they were great to work with. We just bought a house and were in a time crunch on moving in. Not only were they affordable (by far the most affordable out of the 3 we got quotes from) but were able to work us in and set a start and finish date. Also very trustworthy, my husband and I both work and were unable to take off. They were there in and out for a couple days without supervision (I actually never met them) and still did everything to very high standards and didn't bother anything. Treated it like their own home and didn't leave a mess. We were impressed with how much time the took in repairing the floors where there was water damage, cracks, or notches. Also we didn't expect them to do the closets and didn't bother taking the trim down in all the closets, well to our surprise they did them anyways and managed to sand without damaging our trim. We love our floors and everyone compliments them.

Hardwood Company was very professional and did a great job refinishing flooring as well as installing some new flooring. Would definitely recommend them for any wood flooring projects..

We added hardwood floors to additional rooms within our home. They removed dated carpet. They matched my existing wood floors perfectly. They were honest, professional, affordable, and flexible in scheduling through out the process.

We built a custom home and they installed the hardwood floors. From the design phase to the installation, the Hardwood Co. (Jessica and Tom) were great to work with. Their work on our floors made our home complete. They are reasonably priced and true professionals. We recommend them to anyone looking to install or have your floors refinished.
