- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to be as reasonable as possible while also working quickly to complete the job. Estimates are free so that we can assess if I'm the right person for the job. We can discuss hourly or per job rates and I typically come in just at or under estimates.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to set expectations including a time line during a walk through. It's helpful to know what the major stresses are for a project whether it's scale or urgency so that I can help work through the issues.
