Initially Kate cancel my cleaning because an employee quit. I tried again later to see if they had coverage. I booked a two day job and they canceled at the last minute the second day. I was flexible and expected the same. To be fair they moved an appointment for me when I had a doctor appointment. There were many things they don’t do (windows, mirrors, wipe down outdoor furniture, move garbage cans to clean under, vacuum area rugs, etc ). They only provide very basic services. Most recently, the cleaner they sent came an hour early. I said she could go ahead and start but she insisted on waiting for the other cleaner to arrive an hour later. She said the office was disorganized and confused about the time zone change and the owner Kate was not responding to their messages. Next I got a text from the company canceling the cleaning that day and terminating the service. I drove 3 hours round trip to meet the cleaners at the house and they canceled before a big family gathering that weekend leaving me in a terrible position.
