I took my laptop to a local computer shop I've used before and they told me it wasn't worth the cost to replace it. I was stressing out about it so a coworker referred me to Alan.
He was a lot more professional than the computer shop, right off, and way more courteous. In a short time he took it apart, replaced a small part, put it back together and it booted right up! Great service!

Alan was professional and courteous. He spent time trouble shooting the problem to make sure he didn't charge me for something I didn't need. After he completed the work he went through several system checks to make sure everything worked properly. He did an excellent job. He worked within my time schedule so I didn't have to miss work or leave early.
