I had a basement bathroom exhaust fan that was already installed but I needed to run the duct work to the outside of my house. I was on a tight timeline b/c I needed it set up before I could drywall. They were able to come the next day. They had car problems but still came to my house and got the job done even though it was a late day for them. They worked with me to investigate how my foundation was laid out, (it was confusing b/c I have an addition on the back where the vent was coming out). I thought I needed to cut through the concrete but through investigating we found we didn't have to do that and we could funnel it in a crawl space behind the addition.The price was fair and they worked quickly. I liked that they didn't charge to come and quote me and they took the time to listen to me. Thanks again guys!

We needed to have some knob and tube wire removed at our 100 yr old home. Richard and Tina were very professional and knowledgable. They were courteous of our time and also flexible. I highly reccomend using their services. If there happens to be a mishap or something in question, they remedy it quickly and effectively. It is so nice and reassuring to have a contractor who is honest and reliable, not to mention a fair price. Thank you Richard and Tina. We will definitely use their services in the future.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is not complicated. We do prefer to look at the proposed work before giving a fixed price. This way we are able to see all that is involved and discuss with client their wants/needs. After doing so, we can give a fixed price that does not change.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We monitor new codes being suggested and stay up to date with all codes passed.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We have helped several clients renovate homes for their parents. With our prices they were able to get the homes completely done. We are proud to help people reach their dreams.
