- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is a flat rate that never changes no matter the difficulty. There is no modification to the price once it is set. There is no room for upselling or gouging for money. You get the one price until the project is finished.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Comfortability with the project. There’s no big sales pitch. I shoot it straight so they understand how everything works, and the operation of the systems.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to schooling for radon mitigation.
