- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Standard refinishing is approximately 2.25 a suare foot, depending on the nature of the wood and existing finish. This price includes our dust containment system, sanding the floor down to raw wood, applying a stain color of the customers choice, and applying two coats of oil based commercial grade polyurethane.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Educate: We like to answer any and all questions you might have. Meet and greet: We will set up a day and time to come out and measure your floors and answer any lingering questions. Quote: We will send you a quote that is competitively priced. Start date and finish date: If you choose us we will set a start and finish date for labor. Labor and satisfaction: We will arrive promptly and start labor usually in the morning. End result will be pure customer satisfaction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the field with hands on training for over 12 years. I have been to 6 different NWFA (National Wood Flooring Association) certified school courses.
