I'll ask the number of guests and type of cuisine they would like, then I put together a menu and have the customer edit to their liking. I prefer to do the grocery shopping and have my own transportation of course.

I trained in restaurants while I went to college then attended Florida Culinary Institute. I've since worked as a chef in Aspen, Miami, Charleston, Los Angeles, Chicago and NYC Servsafe level 2 certified
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Personality and professionalism, this person is going to be in your home and most likely meet your guests, so making sure the person is upbeat and friendly is important. Requesting a photo isn't a bad idea and is common. I personally don't have any tattoos or piercings.
