- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each job is priced on a job to job bases , based on time spent and material cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we set up a meeting so that we can look at the job with the costumer. At the this meeting we will go over the particulars and make sure any contract needed is signed and witnessed for the security of both the costumer and my company.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Myself and my brother both have worked in construction for 17 years. Our father was a contractor and taught us both as teenagers the trade of home improvement. He would often take us on jobs with him. 12 years with Johnson and Craven's Restoration in Lexington.KY for six years doing jobs for insurance companies restoring homes after fire, flood or disaster . Trained for 2 years in Electrical and Heating and Cooling by our Step- Father a licensed Master Electrician and HVAC technician
