- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have no hidden fees. We discuss cost before we do your project. We prefer a video/phone consult or in person consult (free of charge) to just throwing a number at the customer. Without getting to know specifics on a project, it is very hard to price. We can give an estimate & once we have the consult, we can settle on a specific price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to do a virtual or in person free consult to get a feel of what the individual customer is needing. Each person has very specific things they expect & certain things to them are more important than others. We want our clients to know they are not just “another client”. They are each special to us & we want to earn business. Once we get an idea of the clients needs we discuss cost & a budget.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
20 years experience
