Extremely helpful and so worth the money. Very friendly and worked diligently and willing to help with whatever we needed. Organized our closets and cabinets and unpacked boxes from our recent move. Helped take out and remove a ton of trash and boxes and removed huge piles of donation stuff. My house looked and felt like a different place after they left! Looked absolutely amazing! HIGHLY recommend them!!!

This team were amazing! I had been unable to get my basement organized after a kitchen renovation project. I sought them out to help me get organized. Heather was the consummate professional, talented, hardworking and creative. She helped me unpack and get set back up for business. Did my kitchen by herself, organized everything and offered suggestions and then implemented them on creating more storage space. Our house was extremely cluttered from having a new baby in a small apartment and this team did a perfect job of helping us get our home back! They were all trustworthy, kind and flexible with us considering my boyfriend and I both work full time. My 10 month old son can finally get around more freely. We were given peace of mind. They were so fun to work with and went above and beyond what was expected of them to help me out because they cared about what they were doing. They are clearly passionate about helping others in need and they have a natural ability to do something so many people like me are struggling to do on our own. I know there are many professionals out there to hire but Heather was available and willing to come help me right away unlike any other service I contacted. I also had a budget that limited how much time they could work and they made sure to finish the job by the cutoff time and I am so appreciative of that. I wish I had called them sooner and made the decision to get help a long time ago. Getting organized was something I knew I could do myself but it was taking me too long to actually accomplish it. Sometimes you gotta pay someone else to do something just to have one less thing on your plate. Im so glad I found All about the Sparkle.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    We have no hidden fees. We discuss cost before we do your project. We prefer a video/phone consult or in person consult (free of charge) to just throwing a number at the customer. Without getting to know specifics on a project, it is very hard to price. We can give an estimate & once we have the consult, we can settle on a specific price. We do offer discounts including first time clients, Veterans, & referral based.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    We like to do a virtual or in person free consult to get a feel of what the individual customer is needing. Each person has very specific things they expect & certain things to them are more important than others. We want our clients to know they are not just “another client”. They are each special to us & we want to earn business. Once we get an idea of the clients needs we discuss cost & a budget.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    We have over 15 years of experience in this area but decided to open our own company. We are passionate about helping our clients get back to living when organization & cleaning projects are holding them down.
