Adam did a great repair job - very efficient and reliable and got the job done ASAP. A pleasure to deal with. Would highly recommend Adam for any handyman and repair work.
Very responsive to initial inquiry. Excellent communication, estimate process, scheduling, work completion time, quality of work and value. Hired to increase gate size approximately 10” to accommodate mower in backyard. I would definitely hire Adam again for this type of project. Before and after photos attached. We plan on using him later this summer to stain our fence. Highly recommend!

We had a rotten door jamb on an old house that has caused the door to sag and drag the floor for years. Adam was able to fabricate new parts to use as replacement and the door is now fixed. Been waiting years to have this done

Adam took on a rather large job of planking the ceilings in 2 rooms and 2 hallways in our home. He was always on time, helped pick up supplies even though we were supplying them and made sure everything was cleaned up when he left for the day. He and his employee did a great job of painting all the planks. It was so good to work with someone pleasant who did his best to do things just the way I wanted and offered great advice when he thought it might be better to do things another way. We are so happy with how the ceilings look and would hire Adam again for work on our house.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
50% deposit on signing of contract.
Then the following installments vary, usually 25% on completion of framing and the remaining 25% on completion to your satisfaction.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
On initial phone contact we will set an appointment to come and see you.
At that appointment I will give you an estimate (or a few days later if it is a more unusual project).
After acceptance of the estimate, I will draw up a basic contract outlining my commitment to you to get the project done in the right way.
Then we will set an appointment for signing, payment of the deposit and setting a starting date.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working in residential carpentry since mid-2018, 1 year employed 3 years self-employed.
