- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Beginning with a 1000 to 1500 as ft. includes 2 Bathroom cleaning , shower, tub, sink, toilet, wipe cabinets and sweep / floors. Kitchen Clean top front of stove, clean all counters, inside and outside of microwave, clean refrigerator doors, sweep and mop floor and clean sink. Living room 3 bedrooms, hall and entry swept and lightly dusted and remove all cob webs. Approximately $65. Additional cost for fans, Doors, Windows, inside of stove and refrigerator. Jacuzzi tubs, outdoor entries, patios and porches are additional pricing. Weekly or bi monthly cleaning is less than one time or monthly cleaning based on upkeep between cleanings.
