Just over a year ago Tile Perfection expanded my kitchen and laid out new tile. Not even a year went by and the tile started cracking in different areas. In addition I had professionals take a look at their work since they stopped taking my calls and they said everything was done wrong including the walls. The whole project is going to have to be redone now. We would give Dennis no stars if we could. Dennis came over once to look at our floors that were cracking and offered to put an expansion joint on it, which does not fix the problem since all the floor is cracking as a result of the floor underneath not being done correctly by him. In addition to that, with an expansion joint put in on the floor it would visually look unprofessional, which Dennis agreed. So he said to give him some time to talk to his crew to see what else he could do and he would follow up with us. Well, that follow-up never occurred. We tried to reach out to him several times and was ignored. Only when we reached out to the Better Business Bureau did he offer the same fix (the expansion joint), which is not a solution at all, or he offered to give us a portion of our money back on the tile being laid, which is totally unacceptable. So we continued with the complaint with the Better Business Bureau and since the purchase for the tile was done with my debit card I filed a dispute and won all my money back. Since the rest of the transaction was not done with the debit card we will be taking legal action against him. We will be suing him for everything he was paid for on the job he did at our house, because everything was done incorrectly, including the walls. Plus, he will be responsible to reimburse us for the money for new supplies and attorney's fees. Also, would like to include that I Googled information to try to make sure the job was being done correctly, which is why I questioned him, and obviously had good reason not to trust him. As far as my wife spending money on dolls, that is totally irrelevant to the situation at hand. He got paid for the job him did, and we will be taking him to court to get the rest of the money back from him. For him to bring my wife's doll collection up, though, and to call us "bad apples" really does show his future potential customers how unprofessional he really is.

Brandie & Brian were offered repayment for their flooring after filling a complaint with the BBB to assist in resolving the matter despite my effort in offering to fix the issue for free. The issue was caused by Brian's constant googling to assist in saving them money since his wife was spending the alloted money for renovations from the bank on dolls. I'm not one to call anyone out, but after constant harassment I'm left with no choice to defend myself. We are a company that has been noted for our attention to detail and superior craftsmanship by many others. Don't let 1 bad apple that is impossible to please distract you from what we're about, our own personal standards and feeling about the work we put out, or the quality of craftsmanship we produce. Moving into a older home I had to have my tile reworked. Dennis and Tile Perfection not only improved the look but also took the time to explain the process, when it would be completed. Dennis also noticed a gap between my carpet in the hallway and the bathroom tile and suggested a solution for that as well. All work was completed on time, no hidden fees and the work area was left clean. I recommend Dennis and Tile Perfection for all your home repairs.

Dennis and his crew did an amazing job for my mother who ended up needing a new roof. They came in with a price that was almost too good to be true for the quality of work turned in. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Setting an appointment for me to look at the area where work will be performed, take measurements, discuss what the client is looking for, suggest ideas of needed, write up an estimate, keep communication and hopefully perform the work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are always researching and looking for workshops to attend to keep up with the latest developments and trends. Our training comes from hands on experience over the past 11 + years in the trade.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
As a kid, I would spend numerous summer hours at my grandpa's building things in his shed. I just fell in love with building things and it turned into renovating and remodeling. I was sick of seeing people get ripped off, so I decided to start this business and start putting quality work at reasonable prices back out there!
