Our pricing policies are completely transparent and full details can be found on our website. No hidden fees and no surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All jobs start off with an introduction and an inspection of the areas or upholstery that is to be cleaned. Once the pre-inspection has been completed the cleaning technician will create a quote. This quote consists of three types of service so the customer can pick a solution that meets their specific cleaning requirements. After the cleaning is complete the tech will perform a post inspection with the customer to make sure all concerns have been resolved before collecting payment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, continuing education is a requirement of the IICRC in order to keep certifications in good standing.
