It's rare to find someone who is not only highly knowledgeable but can also explain things in plain English to homeowners. Markus arrived on time and got to work immediately. We hired Polar to test our Lennox HVAC system before summer; he inspected 12 items and found a failing blower motor capacitor. Before replacing it, he used his instruments to show me the difference between the failing capacitor and a new one. He said replacement would be only $25. Avoid a fourfigure repair later for $25? Absolutely.Polar is now the only HVAC company I'll call. I wish more companies had this level of professionalism, transparency, and expertise. You won't find better service anywhere else.
