Polar Hearing and Air did a wonderful job installing our new A/C unit. Our old one reach end of life and went out. They were able to quickly give us a quote and schedule an installation the process was really seamless. Friendly staff and knowledgeable about the air conditioners and warranty. I would recommend and will continue to use for maintenance!

Marcus and his helper did an amazing job! I was an hvac service technician for several years and know that who installs your system matters. After getting a couple of quotes Marcus was recommended to me and I knew from our first conversation he was the one to do the job. His technical skills are top notch and so is his professionalism. My system was VERY old and required a lot of duct and electrical work. Everything looks and works amazing and he provided a much better hvac system for a much cheaper price than others quoted.

It's rare to find someone who is not only highly knowledgeable but can also explain things in plain English to homeowners. Markus arrived on time and got to work immediately. We hired Polar to test our Lennox HVAC system before summer; he inspected 12 items and found a failing blower motor capacitor. Before replacing it, he used his instruments to show me the difference between the failing capacitor and a new one. He said replacement would be only $25. Avoid a fourfigure repair later for $25? Absolutely.Polar is now the only HVAC company I'll call. I wish more companies had this level of professionalism, transparency, and expertise. You won't find better service anywhere else.

Polar air is easily the best around! From the communication with them to the price of repairs and the very quality work they do I would never recommend anyone else but them for your HVAC needs. You truly cant go wrong using these guys. Trustworthy, honest, knowledgeable, and hard workers! 10/10
