I do want to clarify that our initial communication with you was to clean three bedrooms and one bathroom, which we completed along with washing and changing the bedsheets as requested. We also made an effort to collect the linens a few days ahead of time to ensure they were cleaned and returned promptly. I regret that the mismatched sheets and pillowcases were not to your satisfaction. While we use white sheets to keep everything consistent, I understand how important details like texture and consistency can be. Regarding the other concerns you mentioned (such as dusting, the coffee drips, and vacuuming), I am truly sorry if these areas were missed. We do strive to pay attention to every detail, and your feedback will help us improve our service moving forward. We also want to acknowledge the discrepancy in pricing – you were charged $300 for the service, not $350, as was mentioned. We appreciate your business and regret that we were not able to meet your expectations.
