Five stars for Handsome Charlies Customs! Charlie is a talented, kind, and incredibly resourceful woodworker. He has helped us with everything from updating our kitchen cabinets and building a custom white-oak unit to creating a seamless garbage drawer and adding a gorgeous box beam and hand-hewn fireplace mantel. He even helped us find a solution for a medical issue and called the place himselfwhat a guy! He truly goes above and beyond, and well absolutely use him for more projects.

I cant recommend Handsome Charlies Customs enough! For more than 10 months, Charlie has helped us complete projects that were difficult to find anyone else to take on. He updated our old exposed cabinet hinges to soft-close, filled the original holes for painting, converted three drawers into one seamless garbage drawer, and built a beautiful open white-oak kitchen unit using wood he sourced at an incredible price. Most recently, he added a gorgeous white-oak box beam and hand-hewn mantel to our fireplace. Charlie is kind, talented, resourceful, and always willing to find a solution. Well definitely continue working with him!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing depends on what type of service. If we are doing general carpentry we charge around $40hr and if you are needing laser work done its based on job or by hour.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always set up a call if the customer requests and anytime an invoice or estimate is created we walk the customer through it with extensive detail if they want.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We all have degrees in engineering or decades of experience in woodworking.
